Rising, Ukrainian conceptual-wear designer, Irina Dzhus, unveils her Spring/Summer collection dubbed “Archetype”. Dzhus made a splash onto the scene with her characteristic transformation of construction modules in order to create new aesthetics of the form. Now, Irina’s “Archetype” is an almost dogmatic approach to futurism conceived in the arms of religious symbolism.

“The visual concept of the collection mainly derives from the orthodox Christian iconographic canons. The magnetic conventionalism of characters and graphics is inherently the universal code of spirituality.”

Despite the avant-garde, otherworldly aesthetic architecture of the pieces, each garment is highly wearable and designed with an impeccable attention to both sophistication and comfortability. The pleated maxi dress specifically (see above) is custom-made of elastics and cotton for that high-end fit and appeal. (Click here for online store)
